NOT TO KIDS!-TCA Signs


Anywhere tobacco is sold or displayed the Smoke-Free Ontario Act of Ontario requires special signs to be posted. All SFO Act signs are available free. If you require signs, please contact us.

	Age Restriction and Health Warning. Put this sign where customers can see it. This sign must be clearly visible where tobacco is displayed or sold.

	Government ID Two of these signs must be displayed where tobacco is sold. One sign must face the customer and one must face the person who sells the tobacco.

No Smoking Sign	Under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act , there is no smoking in any public area of a retail store or any workplace. All retailers must post No Smoking signs at all entrances, exits, washrooms, and other appropriate locations in order to ensure that everyone knows that smoking is not allowed.

DO NOT TAKE THESE SIGNS DOWN. WITHOUT THEM, YOU COULD BE CHARGED!
